At Milton Grange, we are proud to offer a fully refurbished, purpose built care home with 37 en-suite bedrooms, each decorated to a high standard and fully equipped to handle specialist care needs.
Situated in the peaceful town of Carluke, with easy access to the Clyde Valley, we are within close reach of a host of local amenities and public transport routes for ease of visiting. Plus, we offer close links to the local community for residents to enjoy.
With that in mind, we understand that the decision to move into a care home can be an emotional one, so we’re fully committed to providing a living environment that is as supportive as it is comfortable.
We strive to provide our residents with around the clock holistic, personal and social care alongside companionship and support so that all of our residents can enjoy a renewed sense of confidence and independence.

A Personal Approach
Our team fully understand the importance of personalisation when it comes to care, which is why we develop a bespoke health care plan with every resident to ensure their physical, emotional and medical needs are met. What’s more, we strongly encourage our residents to make their rooms as homely and familiar as possible so that they have the healthiest and happiest stay possible.

At Milton Grange we promote person centred care and believe that everyone should be able to live life to their potential.
All staff are qualified to a high standard and are registered with SSSC, our staff retention is good and many staff have worked at Milton Grange for a long period of time.
We have an activities organiser who promotes activities to meet social, physical and psychological needs. This involves pet therapy, entertainment, going out and about and indoor activities”
